Chris has an MASc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria. After several years in product design and management at AML – most notably our award-winning UV antifouling technology – Chris now guides the development of our custom projects as well as oversees AML’s service department.

Caitlin has over 15 years of experience working in science focused companies, most recently at Renaissance BioScience Corp. As VP of Finance & Operations, Cait designed the start-up’s accounting and operational functions. At AML, Cait is responsible for managing our supply chain.

Pete joined AML in 2000 as a Mechanical Engineer. Having led nearly every department at AML from Production to Sales & Marketing, Pete is now leveraging his experiences in manufacturing and business development as VP of Standard Products.

Chris comes to AML with over 25 years’ experience in marine technology, holding positions from research scientist and engineer to Vice President and General Manager. His business success has been achieved through teamwork, strategy and by simply listening to his clients. Having earned his MASc. in Oceanography/Geology from Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, Chris combines his technical and business knowledge of the marine industry to lead AML’s Sales & Marketing team..

Inside sales manager
Cheryl comes to AML with 20 years of experience in inside sales and sales support. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Mary’s University. As AML’s Inside Sales Manager, her focus is ensuring customers receive quotations in a timely manner and their orders are processed quickly and accurately.
An Electrical Engineer by training, James joined AML in 2011 to further accelerate our international sales growth. Having managed a variety of regions and market segments as a Sales Manager at AML, James draws on his extensive experience to support our customers in his new role as Customer Success Manager.
