Every member of the AML team works with customer service and convenience in mind in order to provide an elevated experience. Below are just some of the names and faces you might encounter in your inbox or on the road.
Leadership
Robert Haydock
CEO
Robert joined AML in 2002. President since 2006 and CEO since 2009, Robert guides the AML team on its mission to raise industry standards. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, Robert has worked in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Caitlin Lott
VP of Finance
Caitlin has over 15 years of experience working in science focused companies, most recently at Renaissance BioScience Corp. As VP of Finance, Cait designed the start up's accounting and operational functions.
Chris Bueley
VP of Engineering
Chris has a MASc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria. After several years in production design and management at AML - most notably our award winning UV antifouling technology - Chris now guides the development of our custom projects and oversees our Service Department.
Jonathan Armstrong
Director of Operations
Jonathan comes to AML with a background in industrial equipment and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ottawa. After joining AML in 2018, he worked closely with the MVP production team. Jonathan now oversees the order management, fulfillment and tech support functions at AML.
Pete Reedeker
VP of Sales
Pete joined AML in 2000 as a Mechanical Engineer. After having led nearly every department at AML from Production to Sales, Pete is now leveraging his experiences in manufacturing and business development as VP of Sales.
Customer Team
Darrell Groom
Sales Engineer
Darrell joined AML with a P.Eng in Electrical Engineering and over 20 year’s experience working in the marine technology sector. He has held many positions over the years including Electrical Production Manager, Product Manager and chief navigator during offshore survey operations. Along with his experience out in the field, Darrell utilizes his commissioning and technical MVP expertise in a Sales Engineer/Project Manager role with AML.
James Walton
Solutions Engineer
An Electrical Engineer by training, James joined AML in 2011 to further accelerate our international sales growth. Having managed a variety of regions and market segments as a Sales Manager at AML, James draws on his extensive experience to support our customers in his role as Solutions Engineer.
Mark Smith
Order Manager
Mark joined AML in 2016 and has over 20+ years of experience working in the ocean industry. Early on much of Mark’s experience was focused on manufacturing and installation / field work for the Moving Vessel Profiler. Working in program management, business operations and sales with a focus on customer success, Mark now draws on his extensive experience to support our customers in his role as Order Manager.
