Functional Accountabilities:
- Company First: Prioritizes what's best for the company over what's best for Marketing (CASH)
- Establishes the Brand: Documents, builds buy in, brings alive and reinforces the strategic brand (STRATEGY)
- Has a Plan: Recommendations to improve social posting results over 12 months are explicit and shared (STRATEGY)
- Achieves Results: Hits quarterly and annual content posting targets OR recommends a mitigation plan, early enough to recoup (CASH)
- Raises the Bar: Active participant in the pursuit of higher performance standards within the company (CULTURE)
- Engages with the Methodology: Demonstrates learning and application of the 7 Systems (CULTURE)
- Internal Customers: Addresses the needs of internal customers in a way that reinforces cohesion and alignment (CULTURE)
